FULL ROOM DESIGN PACKAGE

$3500 and up

This package is perfect if you're craving a ‘style overhaul’: I will streamline + handle the entire process for you. Whether you’re overwhelmed by a new home’s blank slate or simply want to start fresh, I develop a prioritized action plan (including specific recommended furnishings + materials) to reimagine the space + help you cross the finish line.

The goal: total peace of mind. I want you to feel the sense of relief that comes with having a beautiful, fully completed space to live in and enjoy every day. I’ll handle the details…

What’s included:

I send you a ‘Letter of Agreement’ to outline the scope, timing + fees for the project. Setting expectations in advance ensures a smooth process. After the agreement is signed + 50% deposit is submitted, I get to work brainstorming.
You’ll have access to my trusted network of trades - ie: painters, finish carpenters, upholsterers, seamstress, electricians, handymen etc. I’ll reach out to them to schedule any measures/quotes for you.
I create a private Pinterest board with inspiration images + specific recommended furnishings, offering multiple options for each piece needed.
We schedule an in-person review meeting. I’ll present my overall vision for the space, share sample materials, triple check measurements, and we make final decisions together.
I’ll create a mood board, if requested, to help you visualize your final selections together.
Next up, I create a Google sheet to track everything: orders, costs and deliveries. We’ll start placing orders and booking necessary trades.
Once the painting is complete, the wallpaper is up, the drapery is hung, the lighting is installed, the rug is delivered, the furniture is in place (you get the picture), I come back to add those all-important finishing touches (being sure to include what you already have and love). For me, the final styling step is what makes a house a home, providing a layer of character and personalization that makes it feel all yours (think: family photos, wall art, mantle + shelf styling, accent pillows, etc.) You can relax knowing that this part is in my hands. Your space will feel 100% complete once I’m done.

The full room design package has a 2-pronged fee structure, all outlined in our ‘Letter of Agreement’:

1) Flat fee:

- Pinterest board + design

- Presentation meeting

- Procurement + delivery management

2) Hourly fee:

- Additional on-site/communication with client + trades

- Sourcing + styling (finishing touches)
